Yoav’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, complex sale transactions, founders’, partners’ and shareholders’ agreements, lease and developer agreements, investment, financing and loan agreements, international commercial agreements of all kinds – including licensing, distribution and franchise agreements, promotional agreements, joint ventures, and more.

Yoav gives legal support to companies and corporations, both small and large, starting out by providing ongoing advice to founders at the preliminary stages of a company’s incorporation, up to its establishment as a commercial enterprise with extensive business and commercial activity. In the framework of the legal support and representation that Yoav provides to his clients, he possesses the know-how and experience of the legal world in general and of commerce and business in particular, that enable him to oversee separation processes (by consent or due to a legal dispute) and liquidations.

In addition, Yoav has unique expertise in the law of accessibility for the disabled –a subject on which he provides advice to some of the country’s leading companies.

With almost 20 years of experience working in the law, Yoav’s legal activities are now diversified across a broad spectrum of sectors and industries, with an emphasis on the commercial sector. His practice includes, inter alia, supporting and advising clients in traditional industries as well as high-tech companies; guiding corporations engaged in importing to Israel as well as those who specialize in export and distribution on the international market; advising clients in the consumer and restaurant industries, in the tourism and hotel sector, leading companies in the rental of work spaces/complexes and office rental, and clients in the fields of fashion and consumer protection.
