Advocate Idan Arviv is a partner in the Litigation Department at our firm. Prior to the establishment of our firm, Idan was a Partner at one of Israel’s leading law firms.

Idan specializes in commercial litigation and represents both Israeli and international companies and private individuals.

Idan’s practice involves him in appearing before all legal instances as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

The cases in which Idan is typically involved, include complex disputes concerning a wide spectrum of activity, including contractual disputes between a developer and a main contractor, between suppliers and distributors, corporate disputes involving shareholders or claims by minority shareholders for oppression of their rights, as well as disputes relating to real estate on issues such as registration of rights.

Idan has represented and provided legal support, inter alia, to one Israel’s largest real estate developers in an arbitration proceeding regarding a claim which exceeded 100 million Shekels; and represented and guided one of the world’s leading defense sector companies in a complex claim involving anti-trust issues with an estimated financial scope of hundreds of millions of Shekels.
