Advocate Elhanan Fluhr is a Partner in the Litigation Department at our firm. Prior to the establishment of our firm, Elhanan served as a lawyer at one of Israel’s leading law firms, having interned at the firm of the late Dr. Jacob Weinroth.

Inter alia, he represented an Israeli-based international company in a proceeding to object to the enforcement in Israel, of a judgment given in a foreign court, and in the context of the proceeding, the company’s arguments were upheld, and enforcement of the judgment was denied. Elhanan has also represented: a leading building developer in an arbitration process relating to a large-scale TAMA 38 project, and in the context of the arbitration, compromise agreements were reached which established the conditions for implementing the project; he represented one of the largest contractor companies in the Israeli construction sector in a financial claim; and represented and guided one of the country’s largest group of companies in the chemicals sector in a lawsuit to vacate chemical terminals in Israel, as well as in an administrative proceeding against being exempted from a tender; Elhanan represented and supported one of the largest contractor companies in the south of the country in various proceedings with the Competition Authority and the Israel Land Administration; represented a prominent Israeli group of companies in the recycling sector in petitions that were submitted and rejected against the group’s success in a tender to establish a large-scale reception and sorting site in the south of the country; and represented agricultural petitioners in administrative petitions against decisions by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development relating to the petitioners’ farm, in which two applications for interim orders submitted on behalf of the clients were accepted, and the State’s decision on their case was nullified.
