Advocate Elen Yosef is a Partner in the Commercial Law Department and head of the Privacy Protection practice at our firm. Prior to the establishment of the firm, Elen was a partner at one of Israel’s leading law firms.

Elen works in the field of commercial law, privacy protection, technology, regulatory and cyber law.

Adv. Yosef has guided leading companies operating in a diverse range of activities, including retail, energy, software, the internet, e-trade, banking, insurance, digital publishing, cyber and information security systems, and more.

Elen has particular expertise in information technology agreements involving issues of privacy protection and cyber, including licensing, SaaS, EULA, SDK, Big Data, open code, technology transfer, outsourcing and complex projects entailing the assimilation of technology systems into the company’s core systems.

In addition. Elen specializes in privacy protection law – including GDPR compliance, as well as having extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of agreements involving the protection of personal cloud information, conditions of usage and privacy declarations, drafting policies and procedures information security, cyber security and advising a wide range of clients on all aspects of regulation in these fields.
