David Abadi

Advocate David Abadi is a Founding Partner and the Head of the Commercial Law Department at our firm. Prior to the establishment of our firm, David served as Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department at one of Israel’s largest law firms.

David has vast expertise and experience in corporate and commercial law and in mergers & acquisitions, in which fields he and the Department’s team of partners and lawyers, provide dozens of the firm’s clients with personalized legal services which take all of the clients’ requirements, both commercial and legal, into consideration.

David represents local and international corporations in a wide assortment of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, joint ventures, founders’ agreements, separation agreements, distribution and trade agreements, license agreements, consultation agreements and various other corporate, commercial and business agreements.
David provides comprehensive legal advice to local and international clients on all their business activities in Israel and overseas and also represents international corporations interested in investing in Israel, including by dealing with the relevant regulations. In addition, he has particular expertise in the field of privacy protection and carries out unique workshops on this topic.

David’s clients include prominent Israeli and international corporations operating, inter alia, in the consumer sector, energy, trade, food, education, medicine and alternative medicine, tourism and more. His clientele also includes leading companies in traditional industries, start-up companies in various sectors, private funds, non-profit and public benefit companies as well as entrepreneurs and private investors.

David is always available to his clients and provides them with professional and committed legal services which take all the clients’ needs into consideration and always ensure that their best interests are protected.

In addition, David is a certified mediator and uses his considerable corporate and commercial experience to resolve complex business disputes. David has served as a member of the Bar Association’s National Disciplinary Court since 2009, and from 2009 to 2013, was a director of the Bar Association Publishing House. He also served as a lecturer at the College of Management Academic Track between 1996-1998.
