Advocate Oshrat Yosef Itzhak is a Partner in the Commercial Law Department at our firm. Prior to the establishment of our firm, Oshrat was a Partner at one of Israel’s leading law firms.

Oshrat represents and guides both Israeli and international companies in specific transactions and in providing them with ongoing legal counsel, and has expertise in all aspects of commercial and company law.

Oshrat has particular expertise, inter alia, in mergers & acquisitions, sale transactions, joint ventures, investment agreements, founders’ agreements, as well as in domestic and international trade agreements of all kinds, including in the field of computers, licensing, distribution, franchising and project promotion.

Adv. Yosef Itzhak provides legal services to companies operating in a variety of commercial areas, including the consumer market, online trade, distribution, products and services for the computer and software industry, alternative medicine, mapping products and services, and in the administration of a chemicals and gas supply chain.

Oshrat also has particular expertise in the voluntary sector (non-profit and public benefit companies).
